Ring with Phaistos disc made of sterling silver 925
The Phaistos disk is a disk of fired clam from the
Minoan palace of Phaistos on the island Crete
The disc was discovered in 1908 by the Italian
archaeologist Luigy Pernier
The disk is about 15 cm. in diameter and covered
on both sides with a spiral of stamped symbols
It is now on display at the archaelogical museum
of Heraklion
A handmade beautiful ring for daily use
